Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Commercial Coordinator. This role will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth in our BD & C initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market & Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify new growth areas, potential partners, and target clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term business development plans.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, present effectively, and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Proficiency in leading negotiations and closing deals to secure new clients and revenue.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze market trends, assess opportunities, and understand client drivers.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse internal teams.
  • Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required, along with several years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Client & Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential partners to foster business.
  • Proposal & Tender Management: Prepare and present compelling proposals and tenders to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing business development and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Commercial Coordination: Liaise with internal departments like technical teams, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless business processes.
  • Financial Performance: Support financial analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial activities and profitability.
