Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our suite of integrated technology solutions. Key Responsibilities · Identify and generate leads for system integration projects (CCTV, access control, BMS, fire alarm, IT infrastructure, etc.) · Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, consultants, builders, and facility managers · Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer requirements · Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and BOQs · Follow up on submitted proposals and convert leads into orders · Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets · Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities Key Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field · 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in security systems, automation, or IT infrastructure · Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools · Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently · Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus) · Must be willing to travel locally and regionally for client meetings Why Join Enseigner? · Work in a fast-growing tech-driven organization · Opportunity to interact with top-tier clients and cutting-edge projects · Competitive salary and incentive structure · Exposure to multi-vertical integrated solutions To Apply: Send your resume to jagadeesh@enseigner.in with the subject line: Application for Business Development Executive – Chennai Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
