Location- Bangalore/Pune Your Future Employer: A dynamic and innovative organization, one of the leading global insurance brokerage and risk management Key Responsibilities: Drive Productivity Enhancements: Lead efforts to identify and implement initiatives aimed at improving productivity. Reporting & Insights: Own the creation and delivery of weekly and monthly management reports, identifying gaps and potential concerns. Scope & Identification: Lead the identification and scoping of new areas of work and opportunities for improvement. People Management: Team Meetings & Escalation Resolution: Conduct regular meetings with process managers to address concerns and ensure smooth operations. Staff Engagement: Hold skip-level meetings with team members to resolve escalations and foster a collaborative work environment. Recognition & Rewards: Manage rewards and recognition programs for teams and processes to boost morale and performance. Customer Service & SLA Delivery: SLA Compliance: Ensure on-time, accurate, and high-quality service delivery within the agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes. Client Management: Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and escalations promptly. Skills & Competencies: FTE Management: Proven experience handling 100+ FTEs, ensuring effective team coordination and management. Innovation Focus: Experience with automation, RPA, and first-hand process improvement methodologies (GB/YB/Re-engineering). Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree from a recognized university (Masters preferred). Licenses/Certificates: AIC certification preferred but not mandatory. Work Experience: Minimum of 18 years in the ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) sector. At least 5-6 years of experience in a managerial role.
