About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven problem solver who can bridge Risk, Fraud, and Marketing analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into credit, fraud, and marketing data to generate actionable insights
• Build dashboards and automation scripts across LOS, LMS, CRM, and marketing platforms
• Partner with Product and Risk teams to strengthen rule engines, campaign efficiency, and loss prevention
• Track daily business KPIs: disbursement funnel, repeat rates, CAC, LTV, repayment health
• Present insights and growth opportunities directly to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent) is a must

• 4–8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in fintech / lending / BFSI

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)

• Strong grasp of data modelling, APIs, and automation workflows

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into strategic business actions
