Business Coordinator – Social Media & Telecalling (Kolkata Based) Location : Kolkata Job Type : Full-Time, Onsite/Hybrid Company : Tracia Sicura LLP About the Role We are hiring a Business Coordinator specializing in Social Media and Tele calling to strengthen our outreach, branding, and client engagement activities. This role will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance Tracia Sicura’s visibility and drive qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Manage social media pages and engagement. Create and schedule content and campaigns. Perform lead generation through cold calling and follow-ups. Maintain CRM entries and assist in daily coordination tasks. Support in organizing promotional and training events. Preferred Skills ✅ Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. ✅ Experience in social media handling (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) ✅ Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools. ✅ Prior tele calling or marketing experience will be an advantage. Education UG/PG in Marketing, or any discipline with relevant experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
