In this role at EY, you have the opportunity to be a Senior Consultant in Business Consulting with expertise in Internal Audit. You will be joining the leadership group of the EY-Consulting Risk Team, contributing to the growth of a new service offering and being part of a global team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute multiple internal audit engagements independently and as part of a team, collaborating directly with clients and onshore stakeholders. - Utilize ERP knowledge, particularly SAP, for in-depth risk analysis of various ERP systems, understanding GRC tools and ITGCS. - Demonstrate sustainability and ESG related skills. - Lead and train teams in conducting internal audit engagements. - Conduct audits for clients in at least two of the following sectors: Health care, Life science, Insurance companies, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Education sector, Universities, Oil & Gas. - Manage client relationships by understanding their business, industry issues, and trends, while maintaining proactive communication and rapport. - Independently execute internal audit engagements, support clients in developing scopes for internal audits, and provide recommendations for process improvement. - Monitor management interventions through follow-up audits and communicate audit scope, status, issues, risks, and recommendations effectively. - Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their career growth. **Qualifications Required:** - Exceptional command of spoken and written English. - Willingness to travel globally as required. - Strong analytical, organizational, and consulting skills. - Proficiency in negotiation, relationship building, problem solving, and escalation. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills. - Strong academic background in Business, Accounting, or relevant work experience, preferably from Big 4. - Proficient in MS-Office Suite, data analysis, and validation.
