Role Overview

NXTHUB Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Consultant with strong client-handling and deal-closure capabilities. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client interactions, negotiating proposals, and supporting deal execution for our platforms Collegese.com and Siddham.tech.

The ideal candidate should be confident, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and business partners through research, outreach and networking.
  • Conduct professional meetings, presentations and consultations with prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and business documentation for deal discussions.
  • Lead negotiations and support the closure of deals in line with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals and business pipelines in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, delivery) during onboarding and handover.
  • Travel for client meetings, events and business activities when required (within approved limits).
  • Provide periodic reports on pipeline progress, client feedback and market insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business consulting, business development, sales or client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and manage discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of deal structuring, proposal creation and client acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for business engagements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed monthly salary:

    ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

    (based on experience).
  • Performance-based incentives.
  • Travel allowance as per company policy.
