The Transactions Platform Group, Trading and Risk, have an opening for an ambitious, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join a team of Business Consultants providing application and API support to our valued customers. You will join a team of skilled specialists looking after our customers across the Asia and other regions providing both immediate support resolution and building longer term strategic relationships with clients. The candidate ideally will have a good background in software development and be looking to move in to a busy client facing role. Provide support for technical & functional installation of ET. Do pre-sales and post-sales(hand holding) for Risk products. Responsible for the stability of production clients, ensuring all issues are dealt and resolved within SLA. Act as a facilitator and coordinate between various teams like deep level support, development and product teams on bug fixes/ enhancements Work as a liaison with other regional support teams, local account management, and key stake holders. Learn about new technologies, components, functionality and asset classes as they are added to platform. Provide expert API support and advice to customers. Projects manage new implementations, upgrades and ad-hoc API development. Provide update on Account Management team on a regular basis of project status. Qualifications Education: Science, technology, mathematics or computing degree preferred. Required Skills: Good knowledge in financial products like FX, MM. Hands on technologies in Unix, Oracle etc. Understanding of networking and related troubleshooting. Effective in communicating internationally. Good communicating and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent results. Leadership, Project management and organizational skills. Desired Skills: Working experience in financial domain. A good understanding of a broad range of LSEG’s financial products. Good understanding of clients operational workflows. XML/XSLT knowledge.
