Job Summary: The Project Consultant will be responsible for driving project sales through strategic partnershipswith architects, interior designers, builders, and project developers. The role involves managingend-to-end project cycles—from lead generation and technical consultations to client servicingand post-sale coordination—ensuring Kohler’s standards of luxury and quality are upheld. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers like architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants. Responsible generating the sales for dealer store (Bajaj World) of Kohler. Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the premium and luxury segments. Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and technical discussions to showcase Kohler’s solutions. Provide consultative support to clients on product selection, customization, and installation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as the supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure timely project execution. Monitor and track ongoing project activities to ensure timely closures and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project leads, sales pipelines, and client communications in CRM tools. Stay updated on competitor products, pricing strategies, and market. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field. MBA (preferred but not mandatory) in Marketing or Business Development. 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or consulting in the building materials or sanitary ware industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the luxury market and ability to align client requirements withpremium offerings.
