Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Consultant located in Noida. The Business Consultant will analyze business needs, deliver effective consulting services, and provide strategic advice to improve organizational performance. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, offering solutions, preparing financial analyses, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and assisting in project management and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Finance skills to evaluate business performance and provide data-driven insights
• Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to deliver strategic solutions and enhance business processes
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and present business recommendations
• Proficiency in project management and problem-solving abilities to drive results-oriented outcomes
• Relevant experience in business consulting or a related field is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage
