About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and engage potential customers through B2B visits, events, stalls, and societies. 2. Drive offline B2B and B2C sales, as well as online orders via platforms like Zomato and Swiggy. 3. Develop and execute marketing strategies for both offline and online channels. 4. Oversee and manage operations at stalls and outlets as needed. 5. Coordinate supply chain and inventory management to meet operational requirements. 6. Analyze sales data and report insights to drive informed business decisions. 7. Enhance and manage the brand image across all customer touchpoints. 8. Implement sales and promotional strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Sales Commission: 1. 5% on B2B Sales 2. 10% on D2C Stall Sales 3. 5% bonus on exceeding last month's median daily D2C sales Perks & Support: 1. Mobile/internet bill reimbursement 2.
