Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the development and implementation of business strategies Analyze business processes and recommend improvements Ensure alignment of business goals with technology solutions Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Service Transition Strong understanding of business architecture principles Experience in defining business requirements and solutions Ability to develop business cases and strategies Knowledge of industry best practices in business architecture Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Transition This position is based at our Mumbai office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
