Project Role : Business Architect
Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also engage in discussions to refine business cases and support the implementation of key initiatives, ensuring that the solutions developed are both effective and sustainable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Property and Casualty Insurance. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
