About the Role As a Business Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in aligning our business processes and technology with organizational needs using Odoo systems. Your expertise will contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of efficient and value-driven solutions tailored to our operational landscape in the construction equipment rental industry. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about streamlining business processes and leveraging technology to drive efficiency. Key responsibilities include : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business workflows, document requirements, and define objectives for Odoo implementation. Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to improve efficiency using Odoo solutions. Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to ensure tailored Odoo solutions meet requirements. Assist in managing Odoo-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget control. Lead testing efforts, validate Odoo functionality, and ensure alignment with business goals. Deliver user training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of Odoo solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process workflows, user manuals, and training materials. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to Odoo systems. Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of business processes and workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Certification in Odoo systems like Odoo, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus.
