Role - Business Analyst - Software Testing Experience - 1 - 2 Years Notice Period - Immediate/30 Days Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Job Type - Contractual 6-9 Month WP is looking for a results-oriented Business Analyst with 2.5–4 years of experience in software product development, specializing in quality assurance (QA) and testing solutions. The candidate should have expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, act as an interface between stakeholders and development teams, and contribute to the development of scalable, user-friendly test management and testing automation products. Responsibilities: Collaborate with development team, UI/UX engineering and QA, assist on continuous basis to shape product features aligned with product testing workflows. Research and document requirements from stakeholders and product owners. Document detailed functional specifications and write user stories. Prioritize tasks using internal task management tool. Worked closely with developers to validate logic and alignment with product requirements & functionalities. Perform UAT, validate test cases, and coordinate with QA for release signoffs. Key Skills: Business analysis expertise with software testing experience will be an added advantage Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) understanding Exposure to various tools like TestRail, Jira, Bugzila, etc. Workflow Design & User Story Creation (Agile/Scrum) Background of API & Integration Requirement Analysis SQL & Basic Data Analysis Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 9 months Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): What is your current CTC?
