Website: https://winnyimmigration.com/ Key Responsibility: Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and objectives, focusing on AI integration and automation Develop detailed technical and business requirements for AI-based solutions. Process Analysis : Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements using AI. Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements . Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with global and local stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements. Create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) for AI and automation projects. Solution Design & Mapping: Partner with AI developers and automation teams to design scalable, efficient solutions. Map business processes to AI workflows and recommend optimizations to maximize efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business users and the AI development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure stakeholder engagement and solution acceptance. Quality Assurance & Testing: Define test scenarios and assist in functional, user acceptance, and regression testing of AI and automation solutions. Ensure the final solutions meet business requirements and adhere to design specifications. Deployment & Training: Support the deployment of AI solutions and ensure smooth transition to production. Provide training and post-deployment support to end-users on new processes and tools. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions and recommend enhancements. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and trends to continuously improve business processes. Key Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI integration, machine learning, and automation tools. Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AI-based chatbot platforms. Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation. Understanding of AWS, C#, NoSQL, and MySQL, with the ability to assess integration limitations and propose suitable solutions. Business Acumen: Ability to align AI and automation solutions with organizational objectives. Skilled in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and technical documentation . Communication Skills: Proficiency in business English, both written and spoken. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex AI concepts. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and propose effective AI-driven solutions. Tools & Technologies: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Visio. Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Zoho. Additional Requirements Willingness to work across multiple time zones when required. Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and IoT is an advantage.
