Business Analyst

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Collaborating with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and documented.
• Creating

  User Requirement Specifications (URS)

  and

  Functional Specifications (FS)

  for business processes.
• Supporting the creation, dry runs, and execution of

  Operational Qualification (OQ)

  and

  Performance Qualification (PQ)/User Acceptance Test (UAT)

  scripts.
• Participating in

  OQ formal execution

  and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Ensuring that

  defects

  are reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Updating and maintaining

  IT Working Instructions

  and

  User Guides

  to reflect system changes and improvements.
• Supporting

  document migration activities

  within the Veeva Quality Vault environment.

About You:

• You have

  12 years of hands-on experience

  with

  Veeva Quality Vault

  (basic understanding of configuration and application setup required).
• You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of

  IT business analysis

  in regulated environments (Pharma/Medical Device).
• You are comfortable working in a

  fully remote

  , cross-functional, and international team.
• You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills in English.
• You enjoy working on

  quality and compliance-driven projects

  and are eager to grow your expertise within the Life Sciences industry.
