About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of expertise in IT software development for web and mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Define and refine functional and technical specifications for web and mobile solutions. Work closely with various teams like - UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation. Develop user stories, wireframes, process flows, and business models. Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations. Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve product offerings. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Required Skills Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT software, specifically in web and mobile solutions. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Experience in requirement gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management. Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Proficiency in documentation tools, wireframing tools, and project management tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Create and manage key project documentation, including: RFPs, RFQs Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) User Stories with Acceptance Criteria Definition of Done (DoD) Wireframes and Prototypes
