Business Analyst Number of Positions: 1 Education : Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science or a related field, preferably with an MBA Experience : 4+ years of strong professional experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or related role Understanding of ALM (Agile Lifecycle Management) tools Skills : Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills Project management and business analysis experience Good communication and presentation skills Database and querying skills Expert in using the MS Office products For Contract Management, Coordination with Service Providers for Resource Management, Project deliverables & SLAs management, coordination for Project Management Committee meetings, Document control & MIS reports. Job Overview : Analyze and draw meaningful insight from available data. Capture UIDAI requirements in ways that could be translated to features, enhancements and support to the applications of UIDAI. Responsibilities and Duties : Interact with stakeholders including UIDAI officers and partner personnel. Define business and non-functional requirements. Showcase in-development features to stakeholders Research, identify, gather and curate data from multiple sources to provide a complete picture of our outputs Break down requirements into epics and stories. Run Iterations/Sprints for teams Prepare/enhance user manuals and end user training documents Define Scope, help prioritize requirements and come up with release plan details Provide Level 3 support for issues faced during field operations of applications which would involve activities like debugging live issues, remote troubleshooting, etc.
