Job Description

Lead the refinement and prioritization of JIRA stories in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Define and validate acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases for complex user stories and epics.
Use advanced Splunk Query Language techniques to identify and validate test data across multiple environments, supporting QA and UAT efforts.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system architecture, and data flows using Chalk pages or equivalent tools.
Facilitate and guide Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives), ensuring cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of business analysis practices across teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product management, and operations to ensure clarity, feasibility, and traceability of requirements.
Proven track record of working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and driving product delivery.
Expert-level proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and backlog management.
Strong experience with SPL or similar query/log analysis tools for data validation and troubleshooting.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
