Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and system impact assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Drive enhancements and optimization across telecom systems including CRM, Billing, OSS/BSS, and Network Management.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and refine features.
• Ensure documentation and processes comply with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–13 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in the Telecom domain.
• Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS, CRM, Order Management, Billing Systems, or Network Operations.
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and user story creation.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
