Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis or client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tools like Visio or Lucidchart is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
