Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Partnering with internal customers and business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their processes and objectives. Translating business needs into process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and testing scenarios, and collaborating with internal teams to design, implement, and test solutions. Prioritize and manage open support requests to support stakeholders with the current CRM solution / portals to meet Service Level Agreements Partner with development and QA team to leverage automation for items such as regression testing to improve overall quality when projects are ready for UAT. Providing training and writing tutorials to scale end-user adoption and help improve the efficiency of program operations through self-service reporting, standardized operating processes, playbooks, and dashboards. Crafting and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes. Recommending improvements for data quality, integrity and governance within the Salesforce system, including process optimizations.
