Business Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive mid-level Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions through clear, actionable requirements and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment.
• Manage requirement approvals and maintain consistency between business and IT teams.
• Support projects through all phases, from discovery to delivery.
• Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, and documentation artifacts.
• Produce comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Assist in solution testing and validation to ensure business objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively across technical teams, business units, and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Exceptional documentation skills with the ability to write clear and concise requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Proficiency with workflow tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart) and project/documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL is a plus; ServiceNow implementation experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Asset Registry systems is advantageous.
• Insurance domain experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
