Job description Business Analyst (Public Sector or Insurance) and Siebel Configuration Skills Experience: 7+ Years Location : Middle East Mode: Remote Job description: Understand Public Sector Customers Business Processes and liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders. Understand and clearly interpret the Business Requirements and come up with gap analysis with DHL solution details by adhering to industry best practices. Identify the areas of enhancement by discussing with Customer IT SPOC, provide an estimate and plan. Assist with Production fixes. BA will b also responsible for LLD and implementation of the Solution.
