Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to drive process automation and optimization initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for preparing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) that ensure seamless automation, system integration, and dashboard visibility for all functional heads and the leadership team at Centre, City, Region, and Organization levels . The Business Analyst will report directly to the Senior VP Operations . Position is for Consultant for 6 months of duration. Key Responsibilities Process Automation & Optimization Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automating key operational processes, including: Quality Management System (QMS) Grievance and Complaints Workflow Petty Cash Management and Workflow Preventative Maintenance of Assets and Budgeting Attrition and Refund Management Child Health Record Portal, including Health Campaigns & Awareness Programs in Clapp App Live Capacity Utilization and Children-to-Adult Ratio Tracking Month-end Closures with Checks and Balances Cost Control and Financial Optimization Other Process Improvement Initiatives Ensure that all workflows incorporate automated alerts, notifications, and escalation metrics for timely actions. System Integration & Digital Transformation Define the FRS for integrating enterprise applications, including: ERP System Salesforce CRM HR Software (KEKA) Early Learning App (Clapp) Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability by working closely with IT, development teams, and third-party vendors. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new system integrations. Reporting & Dashboard Visibility Ensure that the FRS includes proper reporting and dashboard features for all functional heads and the leadership team at: Centre Level City Level Regional Level Organization-wide Level Develop real-time dashboards to track KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Ensure dashboards provide Turnaround Time (TAT) measurement for process efficiency and SLA compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define customized reporting metrics and analytics . Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance Work closely with operations, finance, HR, IT, Marketing & Revenue, and leadership teams to gather requirements and drive automation. Ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies . Documentation & Reporting Prepare detailed FRS, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and process flow diagrams to guide development and implementation teams. Develop test cases, UAT scenarios, and training materials for end users. Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Key Skills & Competencies Strong experience in business process analysis, automation, and optimization . Expertise in documenting FRS, BRD, and process workflows . Knowledge of ERP, CRM (Salesforce), HRMS (KEKA), financial systems, and early learning platforms (Clapp App) is a plus. Proficiency in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization tools . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
