Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with banking domain stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize business processes suitable for automation
• Conduct detailed process assessments, feasibility analyses, and ROI evaluations
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient implementation of automation solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation including process maps, requirement specs, and solution design documents
• Coordinate with IT and operations to ensure seamless integration and post-deployment support

Qualifications & Skills

• 8-10 years of work experience and 5+ years in banking domain mandatory.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory environment
• Strong knowledge and background, on Microsoft AI tools and AI solutions – mandatory
• Proven experience delivering in RPA and or AI projects
• AI certifications from any reputed organization
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Proficient in process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Miro)- preferred
• Ability to work in agile teams and fast-paced environments
• CBAP certified – preferred.
• Good techno-functional knowledge on workflow systems (NewGen) and core-banking(Finacle) – preferred.
