Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring seamless project execution. The role requires expertise in requirement gathering, business documentation, wireframing, and Agile methodologies. Vadodara (India) Experience 8-10 Years Job Type Full time (Flexible) Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and document business requirements. Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Develop visual representations such as flow diagrams and UML to illustrate business processes. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog while actively participating in planning and release cycles. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions. Conduct system demonstrations for potential clients and internal stakeholders. Work with Agile teams, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Utilize project management tools like JIRA for tracking and managing tasks. Required Skills Qualifications 8 -10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry. Strong expertise in BRD, SRS, FRD documentation. Proficiency in wireframing and mockup tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure). Ability to visualize and map business processes using flow diagrams and UML models. Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Experience working with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience working in IT consulting or software development companies. A collaborative and proactive work attitude with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
