Process & Solution Design:

Oversee the analysis of business processes and the design of technical and process solutions to enhance operations and meet objectives. 

Data Analysis & Insights:

Guide the team in analyzing complex data to provide actionable insights and inform data-driven decisions. 

Budgeting & Resource Allocation:

Develop and manage budgets, including resource allocation for business analysis initiatives. 

Talent Management:

Contribute to talent acquisition and retention strategies for the business analysis function.
