We are hiring for Business Analysts PRIMARY SKILLS: We are looking for a talented Power BI Developer with expertise in integrating SAP data sources to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team. The Power BI Developer will play a critical role in extracting, transforming, and visualizing SAP data to provide actionable insights for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Power BI and SAP integration, with a focus on creating advanced reporting solutions Key Responsibilities: SAP Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from SAP systems into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Work with SAP data sources, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, to create data connections and data models. Power BI Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that leverage SAP data to deliver meaningful insights. Data Modelling: Create and maintain complex data models and relationships within Power BI to support advanced reporting requirements. Data Visualization: Develop visually appealing and informative data visualizations that convey insights from SAP data, including charts, graphs, maps, and KPIs. Performance Optimization. Monitor and optimize report performance by identifying and resolving issues related to SAP data loading and report rendering. Collaboration, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver integrated data solutions. Data Governance Ensure data governance and compliance by implementing data security and role-based access control within Power BI, especially when dealing with sensitive SAP data. Documentation, create and maintain documentation for data models, report designs, data source connections, and best practices. Preferred Skills Certification in Power BI or related to Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with other BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, or similar). Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation. Knowledge of SAP HANA and other versions of SAP. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a focus on SAP integration. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service. In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and data structures. Experience with SAP data extraction methods and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles.
