Business Analyst - Metricstream

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the Out of box application solution in M7 and engaging with App owners. Your main tasks will involve assisting business representatives in Functional Gap Document analysis, documenting requirements, creating UAT plans, executing tests, and preparing test cases. Additionally, you will support Senior Business Analysts in training business users to use the M7 application effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in dialog with App owners - Study the Out of box application solution in M7 - Assist in Functional Gap Document analysis and evaluation - Document requirements - Develop and execute UAT plans - Prepare test cases based on configuration workbook and Functional Gap Document - Support Senior Business Analysts in training business users for M7 application usage Qualification Required: - Experience in Metricstream application - Ability to facilitate dialog with App Owners with minimal support from Product Owner - Several years of experience as a Business Analyst - Strong sense of responsibility and team orientation with excellent stakeholder management skills - Ability to comprehend complex problems and communicate them clearly - Outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with different people - Motivated to work in an agile environment and actively contribute to the squad's social culture Company Details: The team covers a wide range of tasks and always supports each other in completing assigned responsibilities.
