Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce (Hybrid, Pune)

Experience: 5 - 10

Location: Pune Hybrid

Education: Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions using Conga CPQ and Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Design and implement workflows, approval processes, and data models to streamline sales operations.

Provide technical guidance on system configuration, customization, and integration.

Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.

Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for process improvements.

Mandatory Skills:

Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud

Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Industry CPQ, Conga CPQ

Salesforce Field Service, ServiceMax

Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administration

Preferred:
