Business Analyst Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product Manager and development teams to refine business processes, gather requirements, and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate high-level product goals into detailed business and functional requirements. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams. Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories. Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring that stories are well-defined and aligned with business objectives. Lead story refinements to ensure development teams have clarity on requirements. Act as the primary liaison between business teams and development teams, ensuring alignment. Provide ongoing support to developers by answering questions about business logic and existing features. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the final product meets business needs. Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases with minimal defects. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business analysis for SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise applications. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and sprint planning. Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and process documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
