Job description: Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator- *Female candidate is a preference*

As a Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and project deliverables. This multifaceted position involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and coordinating project activities to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Create detailed business requirement documents and user stories.

Project Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope. Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Requirements Management: Manage and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements. Conduct regular reviews to address any changes in project scope or requirements.

Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business performance. Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. Participate in user acceptance testing and validation processes.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Additional Requirements:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Knowledge of IT industry best practices and emerging trends. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
