Requirements Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges. Analyse business processes, identify improvement areas and propose solutions. Documentation and Solution Design. Develop clear and concise business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows. Define and document user stories, use cases, and test scenarios to guide development teams. Data Analysis and Insights Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate requirements. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and insights to stakeholders. Project Coordination Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, providing updates on project status. Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure a mutual understanding of goals and deliverables. Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to communicate solutions effectively. Testing and Validation Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scripts, identifying issues, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. Gather and incorporate feedback to refine solutions. Continuous Improvement Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and recommend improvements as needed. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business analysis or similar role, preferably within IT industry. Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in business analysis tools (eg, MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with project management software (eg, JIRA, Trello) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Certifications (Preferred) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices. Exposure to version control systems like Git and Git workflows.
