As our Business Analyst, you’ll be both an analyst and a strategic operator, translating data into decisions and enabling smarter execution across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You’ll help Illumine understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we go next — making you a critical link between data, strategy, and business growth.
● Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operational functions.
● Build and maintain dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) to track funnel performance -from website traffic to lead generation and conversions.
● Tools Expertise -
○ Web Analytics - Heap and Google Analytics
○ CRM - Hubspot
○ Data analysis - G-sheets and Excel
○ App Analytics - Mixpanel
○ Python and SQL
● Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
● Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and whitespace for growth
● Develop data-backed business cases and mini-strategies for experiments in new geographies, customer segments, or verticals.
● Deliver concise strategy reports and presentations for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
● Oversee sales reporting and dashboards, ensuring KPI visibility across global teams.
● Support sales enablement by developing performance insights, case studies, and pitch materials grounded in data.
● Act as the project manager for strategic, cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
● Create structured project plans, set clear timelines, and drive accountability among stakeholders.
● Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority business projects - from ideation to post-launch measurement.
● A data-driven thinker who can balance analytics with business judgment.
● Skilled at finding patterns in numbers and even better at communicating what they mean.
