Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Track and follow up on business KPIs with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Prepare reports, presentations, corporate documents, and communications for internal and external use. Manage and streamline information flow from order placement to customer delivery with necessary updates and analysis. Analyze and share financial and operational performance data , offering insights for improvement. Compile and share monthly reports on budgets, KPIs, and business progress , identifying gaps and areas for improvement. Monitor cost-related KPIs and suggest process improvements to reduce expenses. Handle meeting schedules , maintain the Plant Head’s calendar , and follow up with functional teams to achieve targets. Take on additional tasks as needed per management requests.
