Business Analyst

Job Description

We seek a proactive Associate Business Analyst with 2 -3 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and implementing client requirements for IT solutions. The candidate will translate business needs into technical solutions, create UML diagrams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities: Engage clients to understand and document requirements (SRS, BRD, FRS). Create UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence). Collaborate with designers, developers, and internal teams on business processes. Manage scope, timelines, and resource estimations. Support Scrum teams and educate clients on proposed solutions. Qualifications: 2 -3 years as a Business Analyst in IT. Familiarity with tech stacks: Java, Node, React, Angular, Flutter, Android, React Native. Experience in Travel, E-commerce, open-source platforms, or custom dashboard development is a plus. Educational background: MBA/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent. Preferred Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and project management. Client interaction and prioritization skills. Knowledge of eCommerce solutions and emerging IT trends.
