Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze

  business requirements

  for AI / Generative AI initiatives.
• Work with

  data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers

  to translate business goals into AI solutions.
• Create

  BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams

  for AI-driven products.
• Conduct

  feasibility analysis

  and define measurable KPIs for AI model performance.
• Support

  prompt engineering, LLM integration, and workflow automation

  discussions.
• Facilitate

  UAT

  , ensure solution alignment with user expectations, and track ROI for AI implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  identify use cases, optimize data pipelines

  , and improve automation outcomes.

Required Skills

• Minimum

  5+ years

  as a

  Business Analyst

  in IT / AI / Data / Analytics projects.
• Hands-on experience in

  AI, NLP, Chatbots, or Generative AI-based platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)

  .
• Understanding of

  machine learning lifecycle

  ,

  data models

  , and

  AI workflows

  .
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  
• Experience in

  Agile methodology

  ,

  JIRA / Confluence

  , and cross-functional collaboration.

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  Python / SQL / API understanding

  for data validation.
• Experience in

  product-based AI / automation solutions

  .
• Familiarity with

  Prompt Engineering

  or

  LLM (Large Language Model)

  concepts.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  
• Certification in

  Business Analysis / AI Product Management

  preferred.
