Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Mohali, India Department: Development Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Morning shift) Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient work. The role requires a strong understanding of software development processes, business analysis methodologies, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1-Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. 2-Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose technology-driven solutions. 3-Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate functional and technical solutions. 4-Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), and technical user stories. 5-Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making. 6-Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users, product teams, and developers to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. 7-Testing & Validation: Support quality assurance (QA) teams by defining test cases, validating solutions, and ensuring alignment with business needs. 8-User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for business users on new systems or enhancements. 9-Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 2- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role. 3- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. 4-Profciency in SQL, data visualization tools, and business intelligence (BI) platforms. Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. 5-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 6-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 7-Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system architecture is a plus. 8-Experience in [Industry-Specific Knowledge, if applicable] is preferred. Qualifications : 1-Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and data management concepts. 2-Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Product Owner). 3-Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R is an advantage.
