Role and Responsibility : Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements based on feedback from client users and evolving business needs. Create workflows that illustrate the user journey and how different components interact. Design user interfaces and wire frames to align with functional requirements and customer expectations. Document Business Requirements: Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories based on client inputs. Ensure that the technical designs align with the functional specifications. Examine the test suite and results to ensure that all requirements have been met. Gap Analysis: Identify and document gaps between current business processes and the proposed ERP system functionalities. Identify and document dependencies between requirements, ensuring that interrelated components are clearly understood. Issue Resolution: Provide ongoing support to client post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution of any problems related to the ERP system. Organize requirements by categorizing them into product components, interfaces, and workflows. Post-Implementation Support: Offer continued support to client for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance of the ERP system across various functional modules. Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing business processes at Client location and identify areas for improvement through ERP system implementation. Record any issues, stakeholder constraints, and potential risks associated with each requirement. Requirement Gathering: Conduct in-depth discussions and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, current challenges, and goals. Testing Coordination: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the Client team, ensuring that system functionalities meet business requirements and resolve any issues or bugs reported. The candidate will be responsible for conducting requirement studies, coordinating project activities, and providing post-implementation support for the respective ERP modules. The candidate will play a dual role in both analyzing business requirements and coordinating project activities between the development team and the client. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, ERP systems, and effective project management skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of the solution. Training Support: Assist in the training of Client staff on the new ERP system, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and readiness for system go-live. Verify that configuration data is correctly applied and test results from deployment meet functional requirements. Work closely with the development team to validate the design’s technical feasibility and functionality.
