Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced D365 Business Analyst to join our team for a short-term assignment with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, analyze existing processes, and translate them into actionable functional specifications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring D365 solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases across D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations, enhancements, and customizations.
• Support testing phases, including system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization.

Key Skills and Experience

• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to D365 Finance & Operations, CE, or legacy AX systems.
• Strong understanding of core business processes, especially across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with D365 reporting tools, Power Platform components, and systems integration is an added advantage.
