Job Description

Understand your assigned business areas processes, goals, and strategies deeply.
Partner with business stakeholders to clarify and articulate problem statements, gaps, and desired outcomes.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping to elicit and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Scrum Team members to ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements and user expectations.
Support production support by clarifying business needs and process when needed.
Support QA by clarifying requirements and edge cases when asked.
Lead UAT coordination by testing the happy path, staging upstream data when required, and partnering with business stakeholders to design test cases for complex scenarios.
Maintain business alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout the development lifecycle.
Support change management and post-deployment validation.
Continuously assess solution effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Maintain key process maps and documentation for reference across the IT Team.

Success Measures

Business problems are clearly defined and traceable to delivered solutions.
Requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with business priorities.
Stakeholders report high satisfaction with communication, collaboration, and outcomes.
