Hi, We are looking for Business Analyst cum QA, please find the below details JOB DESCRIPTION BA cum QA (4 - 6 years) [Project Details]: GWT/SWT project is a platform for serving all marketing pages for SONY electronics pages all over the world. The platform is responsible for the marketing pages as well as syndicating data for the other syndication vendors. Must have 3+ years of experience in BA activities, Functional Testing, Experience in Content Management Systems Looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Business Analyst & Functional Testing who can support business on CRs, POCs and incidents. [Primary Skills]: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. • Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Providing user training to business users and business process training to junior staff, and technical team. • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Prioritising initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Exposure as a BA for web based applications (especially marketing applications like B2B or B2C) • Someone who looks at the bigger picture Experience working in an SCRUM / Agile environment Ability to work with various teams in a complex environment and under pressure Proven experience of gathering and documenting high quality business requirements (functional & non-functional) Ability to work across multiple departments, with stakeholders in different countries at all levels of seniority • Strong team player able to share information effectively Ability to be flexible in approach and to manage changing priorities Understand system data structures, data flows and have an understanding of IT landscapes, API development, system design principles and can influence the direction of systems development Exposure in CMS tools like AEM, WordPress and PIM tools like Spider, STIBO Exposure in Sales & Marketing and e-Commerce Knowledge of Salesforce and Slack Functional Testing Experience [Additional Skills]: Exposure in CMS tools like AEM, WordPress and PIM tools like Spider, STIBO Exposure in Sales & Marketing and e-Commerce Domain Knowledge of Salesforce and Slack Functional Testing Experience [Good to have Skills]: • Experience with JIRA / ROD ticket tracking tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills [Responsibilities and Duties]: Good Business Analyst skills and Functional Testing skills Good analytical skills • Able to learn new technologies on the fly based on requirement Able to help the team members as and when needed to improve team capability [Keywords] • Business Analyst, BA, AEM, Selenium, Python Location : Bangalore Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Interested candidates, please share your CV to shereena.muthukutty@thakralone.in
