Business Analyst

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AWS Jira PL/SQL GIT Angular Springboot Microservices and Advanced Java. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business ensuring that our projects align with company goals and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Utilize AWS to design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.

Employ Jira for effective project management tracking issues and facilitating team collaboration.

Write and optimize PL/SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting requirements.

Use GIT for version control ensuring code integrity and facilitating team collaboration.

Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular ensuring a seamless user experience.

Implement back-end services using Springboot Microservices ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Apply Advanced Java skills to develop high-performance applications that meet business requirements.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.

Provide training and support to end-users ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Continuously evaluate and improve business processes leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Demonstrate proficiency in AWS Jira PL/SQL GIT Angular Springboot Microservices and Advanced Java.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Show a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to drive process improvements.

Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
