We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with domain expertise in AEC. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape solutions that simplify complex engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities: -

Elicit and document business requirements through client meetings, workshops, research, and data analysis.
Work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate domain knowledge into actionable insights for software development teams.
Assist in product roadmap planning and solution design.
Evaluate existing workflows and propose digital transformation strategies.
Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.

Requirements

B.Tech/M.Tech, MBA from a premier institute (IITs, NITs, IIMs or equivalent).
2-5 years of experience in domains such as AEC, Civil Engineering.
Solid understanding of CAD/BIM tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
Good understanding of construction technology and platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with software product development life cycles.
Exposure to cloud platforms and digital engineering tools.
Client-facing experience or consulting background.
