Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Elicitation And Critical Analysis

  • Capital Market Functional expert, with strong knowledge of end to end business process on Back Office functions/Settlement and Treasury.
  • Payment expert with extensive knowledge of MT/MX, SEPA and ISO 20022/PAIN-PACS
  • Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods
  • Liaise with all related Business and Support Unit stakeholders, including Product Owner, to analyse and challenge business requirements
  • Demonstrate advance level of functional and domain expertise with complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to work autonomously on the Business analysis scope of work including requirements gathering, scope validation, drafting of functional specification, ensure business signoff on requirements
  • To help in implementing project/applications/services architecture and propose modifications.
  • To identify pain points and highlight the same along with some high-level solution proposal.
  • Research to determine if solutions currently exist within existing systems or required customization.
  • Strengthen functional testing strategy definition and activities.
  • Contribute to Product functional improvement with metrics on business usage.
  • Validate the effectiveness and coverage of test strategy.
  • Propose new ways of testing in line with evolving market standards/practices in QA area.
