Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business analysis and technical requirements gathering, with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Requirements Gathering : Gather and document business requirements through user interviews, discussions, and other means. Functional Specifications : Draft detailed functional specifications along with wireframes and proper use cases. Data Analysis : Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making. . Testing and Validation : Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet specifications. Effective Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address any issues that arise Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience of 1 year and above as a Business Analyst or similar role preferably in fintech. Strong understanding of business processes and technical requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to draft detailed functional specifications and wireframes. Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must Have Skills: Hands on experience Excel, and other analytical tools. Knowledge of SQL and database management. Familiarity with agile development practices.
