Job Description

We are currently hiring a Business Analyst who can collaborate with various departments and analyze business requirements, processes, and translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional IT requirements. Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. Conduct and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Utilize account management tools, including Jira and Microsoft Azure, to streamline project work flows, enhance communication, and track progress. Lead live presentations and meetings to communicate project progress, business insights, and technical requirements effectively. Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams. Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business goals. Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and clients. Required Skills: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong project handling experience, including stakeholder management and live client interactions. Expertise in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and IT documentation. Experience in accounts management, with proficiency in tools such as Jira and Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of cloud computing, databases, and API documentation is a plus.
