Job Summary

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, QA, and operations.
Conduct gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and feasibility studies.
Support product owners in backlog management and sprint planning (Agile/Scrum).
Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to identify trends and insights.
Assist in designing and improving business processes, workflows, and system functionality.
Participate in UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Maps).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
